1. 8. MISCELLANEOUS: (a) Any failure by Casino Rocket to enforce any right under these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver or consent.(b) These Terms and Conditions may not be assigned or transferred without Casino Rocket's prior written consent.
